Originally in Nicaragua, our coffee is sourced in the highest altitude regions of Colombia and abides by our high standards of sustainability, fair trade, and ethical treatment of its people and the environment.



HIGH-ALTITUDE ARABICA

What is high-altitude? Arabica is the most cultivated coffee bean in the world because of its undisputed quality, and only the best Arabica is found in the highest peaks. Our beans are cultivated at an altitude above 3,000 feet.

Irrigated by the clouds

At such a high altitude, the coffee is irrigated every day by the natural dew of the freshest water delivered in the morning dew as the denser clouds descend nightly onto the coffee trees. This brings the cleanest water to the soil that is free of contaminated runoff.
